Services are delivered digitally by email, shared copy templates, configuration documentation, or direct website setup. Delivery timelines depend on the project scope and are confirmed before payment.
Cancellations
If you cancel before work has started, you may request a full refund. If work has already started, refunds are reviewed based on the completed work, project scope, and any delivered materials or drafts.
Completed work
Payments for completed and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable. If there is a problem with the delivered work, contact us so we can review the issue and make reasonable corrections within the agreed scope.
Currency
Prices are listed and charged in USD unless a written quote says otherwise.
